This class offers a unique look into the world of the anxious student and how his intelligence plays a role in his anxiety. This course will touch upon: How students process anxiety, how to address anxiety, how to answer tough questions, as well as a host of other useful topics. Various types of tools that educational professionals can use to help the younger generation overcome anxiety-related issues are discussed. Although this class is geared towards the higher intelligence student, it offers a great wealth of information that can be used across all populations.
This course is appropriate for both general education and special education teachers of students in grades K-12 and is worth 45 in-service hours.
