This course has been created to help teachers and students master the use of verbal and nonverbal communication to gain confidence, establish credibility and positive social impressions.   Users will learn how communication work and how the use of the correct words and pitch help determine how you are perceived.   This course provides tools for combining verbal and nonverbal skills as well as giving you strategies to:  identify types of communicators and recognize hidden motivations as well as many other important communication skills.
